Testing Procedure: Position the device at an angle, typically at around 60 degrees from the vertical.
Spray it with water jets at a pressure of 12.5 liters per minute from a distance of 2.5 to 3 meters. The jets should be directed from different angles to thoroughly test the enclosure.
The water spray test should last for about 15 minutes.
Assessment: After the test, check the device for any signs of water ingress. There should be no water penetration inside the enclosure.
3. Post-Test Inspection After completing both tests, inspect the device’s functionality and integrity: Look for any visible dust accumulation or moisture inside the enclosure.
